Terms and Conditions

The users are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully before availing of the site or using our services. These Terms and Conditions apply to you when you make a transaction. If you disagree with any terms, you are free to discontinue our services.

Service Terms

  • The repair will be carried out for parts approved by the customer. If additional repair is required, we will notify the customer with a price estimate before proceeding.
  • When any component is replaced, the previous component becomes the property of Rapid Electronics Services.
  • While pick-and-drop services are free, they may be charged between ₹500 and ₹1500 per visit for multiple appointments for diagnosis without opting for repair services.
  • The approval for repairs must reach us within a week. A receipt must be shown when collecting the TV.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data.

Submission & Collection

  • Rapid Electronics Services is not responsible for TVs or appliances left unclaimed for more than 15 days post-repair.
  • After one month, customers may be charged ₹100 per day as storage fees.

Customer’s Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to check their appliance for any damages before submission. Rapid Electronics Services is not responsible for any damages not reported at the time of submission or collection.

Payment Terms

  • The total payment will be determined after diagnosis and must be paid at the time of collection, either online or offline.
  • Taxes apply to all our services.
