7-Day Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to a 7-day refund policy for any unsatisfactory service. Refunds will only be processed for services where the issue persists after repair and all necessary attempts to resolve the issue have been exhausted.

To request a refund, customers must submit a written request via our official email or visit our service center within 7 days of repair completion.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
